Kay guys. Sorry for he gratuitous ass shots, BUT I just can’t believe what three months of biking has done for my ass/thighs! I really wish I had a “before” picture to compliment this “during” picture, but the difference is astonishing! YAY I’m so happy!!!!!! Now I need to do something for my flabby arms :p

Thanks SO much girl, so motivating to get so much inspiration and motivation from my fellow fitblrs! It just feels so nice, I’m starting to feel comfortable in my body again, in the sense that I don’t feel trapped in all of my bulk.. I can run, flex, move and bend again. I don’t feel like an overstuffed sausage anymore, I feel comfortable again. Thanks so much for your well wishes, and the same to you! :)

Sooooo it took me 15 months to do it, but WOOHOOO I’M 20lbs CLOSER TO MY GOAL!!! I’m currently at 165lbs (down from 185!). So relieved to finally see my efforts rewarded. And I feel FANTASTIC! It always feels good to be able to out run/bike/play/exercise my thin and “fit” friends :p
Just made my own breakfast granola bars (: oats, blueberries, two bananas, cinnamon, a dab of maple syrup (which can be substituted with your personal favorite sweetener), walnuts & flax seed. Mash it all together, form it into squares and bake on 375 for 15 minutes, flipping them over halfway thru.
